Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Bars & Lounge, ensuring smooth service and efficient team management
• Lead and develop the F&B team, focusing on training programs that enhance service standards
• Ensure consistency across all F&B outlets by providing support during peak times
• Collaborate on menu planning and promotional initiatives to elevate guest experiences
• Manage beverage stock and maintain adherence to all legal obligations
• Drive operational efficiency while managing costs and budgets effectively
• Uphold guest and employee satisfaction by maintaining high standards across all F&B services
