We are seeking an energetic and experienced Hotel Manager / Deputy Manager to lead a dedicated team and oversee all aspects of hotel operations. Job Description:
The Hotel Manager will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the hotel, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and driving financial success. This role oversees all hotel services, including front-of-house (reception, sales & marketing, reservations, accounts), food and beverage operations, and housekeeping. Leadership will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of quality and service that guests expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Staff Development:

- Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure staff growth and satisfaction.
- Exceptional Customer Service:

- Revenue and Financial Management:
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and innovative initiatives.
- Oversee hotel financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to achieve financial targets.
- Operational Excellence:
- Plan, organise, and direct all hotel services to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and attractiveness in guest rooms and public areas.
- Food and Beverage Quality:
- Ensure food and beverage operations meet standards of quality, innovativeness, service, and presentation.
- Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene practices.
- Sustainability and Energy Management:
- Monitor and minimise energy consumption to promote sustainability and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience at an operations level within a busy 3 or 4-star hotel, with strong knowledge of all departments, particularly food & beverage, sales & events, and industry innovations.
- Proven track record in achieving results and targets.
- Excellent understanding of hotel financials.
- Strong people management and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
