Red D are recruiting an exceptional Restaurant Manager for an iconic five-star hotel in the West of Ireland. This is a full-time role within the Food and Beverage Department, offering the opportunity to lead a team dedicated to delivering world-class guest experiences.

This prestigious property is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to oversee its renowned dining operations, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, private dining, public functions, and afternoon tea, all delivered to the highest five-star standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Restaurant Manager will:

• Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant and private dining operations.
• Motivate and inspire the Food and Beverage team to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and service teams.
• Implement and uphold five-star service standards across all dining experiences.
• Monitor financial objectives and align costs with departmental budgets.
• Develop innovative ideas to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Oversee rosters, payroll, and recruitment processes in collaboration with HR.
• Regularly assess business needs and ensure readiness for upcoming events and functions.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• A third-level qualification in Hotel Management or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ operational experience within a luxury five-star property.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
