Red D are recruiting an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Manager to join an award-winning 4-star hotel in the heart of Kilkenny. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of this property by driving growth and enhancing the brand’s presence.
What You’ll Do:

• Develop innovative marketing strategies to maximise sales and achieve revenue goals.
• Foster and grow relationships with new and existing clients across all hotel departments.
• Lead and inspire the Sales & Marketing team to meet and exceed targets.
• Manage the hotel’s social media presence and collaborate with PR experts.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns that captivate audiences locally, nationally, and internationally.
• Identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of market trends.
• Represent the hotel at trade exhibitions and events, showcasing the exceptional offering.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 4-5 years of proven experience in hotel sales and marketing.
• Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Public Relations. (Preferable)
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong analytical approach.
• Savvy with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Full driving license and ability to travel locally and occasionally nationally.
• Self-motivated, organized, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
