Red D are recruiting a Revenue Manager for a boutique hotel company with a stylish portfolio of stylish, individual properties.

The successful candidate will oversee revenue strategy across the portfolio, working closely with senior leadership to maximise room revenue, identify market opportunities, and drive overall performance.
We’re looking for a commercially minded and highly analytical professional with a strong understanding of rate strategy, market segmentation, forecasting, and distribution channels. This role offers a high level of autonomy and the chance to contribute meaningfully to business strategy.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven experience in a Revenue Manager or Revenue Analyst role
- A data-driven mindset with excellent commercial awareness
- Knowledge of PMS, RMS and channel management tools
- A collaborative, strategic, and adaptable approach
- Experience with boutique or independent hotels (desirable)
