Red D are recruiting a Head Chef for a prestigious corporate venue in Dublin City.
This is a rare opportunity for a confident, ambitious Head Chef to take charge of a quality-focused kitchen in a high-profile setting. With a Monday to Friday schedule, no late nights, and a strong team already in place, it’s the ideal role for a culinary leader who thrives on variety, pace and professionalism—without sacrificing work-life balance.
This busy and well-resourced venue serves breakfast, lunch, and hospitality catering each day, alongside a packed calendar of VIP events and client entertainment. You’ll be leading a brigade of 5 chefs, developing creative, healthy, and diverse menus that reflect current food trends while meeting the needs of a corporate audience that expects the best.
You’ll need excellent planning and organisational skills, a calm and solutions-focused approach, and a genuine commitment to quality. This role isn’t about volume for the sake of it—it’s about consistency, precision and service. Discretion is a must, and the ability to deliver under pressure is key. Whether it’s a last-minute boardroom lunch or a showcase event for global clients, you’ll know how to deliver every time.

Salary: €60,000–€65,000 plus pension, healthcare and numerous other benefits
