Red D are recruiting a General Manager for a leading full-service hotel in Belfast.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned hotel professional to lead one of Belfast’s largest and most recognised properties. We’re looking for a confident and commercially sharp General Manager with experience running a busy, full-scale operation and a genuine passion for hospitality.
You’ll oversee all departments across the hotel, working closely with your leadership team to deliver excellent results across both service and revenue. This is a role that requires a solid understanding of large hotel operations, strong control of the numbers and a calm, steady approach to leadership.
You’ll be present and hands-on, setting the tone for the team and creating a workplace culture where high standards and guest satisfaction go hand in hand. From keeping your P&L tight to identifying new revenue opportunities and driving quality across every corner of the hotel, this is a role for someone who thrives on accountability and knows how to lead by example.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 3 years’ experience as General Manager or Senior Hotel Manager in a large full-service hotel
- Proven ability to lead multiple departments in a high-volume environment
- Exceptional commercial acumen with strong P&L and cost control experience
- A confident, people-focused leader who earns trust and drives performance
