What We’re Looking For

• A real passion for coffee and strong knowledge of speciality standards
• At least 2 years’ cafe management experience
• Excellent leadership, training and communication skills
• A calm, professional presence even under pressure
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset
• Full driving licence is a bonus
