Red D are recruiting a Chef de Cuisine for what will be one of the most anticipated new openings in Europe. This is a unique opportunity to lead the kitchen of a venue set to redefine modern dining on the international stage.

About the Role

As Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a bold, creative menu that matches the ambition of this landmark opening. Working with the highest quality seasonal produce, you’ll lead a talented brigade, set uncompromising standards, and bring a fresh, memorable energy to every service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu creation to execution
• Drive food innovation, with a focus on seasonality, sustainability, and guest experience
• Recruit, mentor and inspire a team of chefs to perform at the highest level
• Maintain exacting standards of quality, hygiene, and HACCP compliance
• Work closely with the Restaurant General Manager and wine director to deliver seamless food and beverage harmony
• Manage budgets, GP, and supplier relationships with commercial awareness

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef, or Senior Sous in a high-profile, international fine-dining environment
• Exceptional culinary creativity paired with strong leadership and organisational skills
• Solid knowledge of European and global dining trends, with the ability to create a menu that excites and inspires
• Outgoing and collaborative personality, with exceptional communication in English
• Successful pre-opening experience is highly advantageous
