About the Role
As Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee the full operation of this high-profile opening, working closely with the culinary and wine teams to deliver a world-class guest experience. You’ll manage a large and passionate front-of-house team, set and maintain the highest service standards, and ensure that the restaurant becomes a must-visit destination from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations with a strong floor presence
• Drive service excellence, ensuring consistency across every service
• Collaborate with the culinary and wine directors on menu and pairing concepts
• Recruit, train and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a professional yet welcoming culture
• Manage budgets, payroll, and financial performance with a sharp eye on costs and revenue
• Represent the restaurant with personality, warmth and confidence

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or senior leadership role in a high-end, high-volume international restaurant
• Strong wine knowledge and genuine passion for food and beverage
• Outgoing personality with exceptional English and the ability to engage effortlessly with both guests and team
• Track record of successful pre-openings an advantage
• Highly organised, financially astute, and commercially aware
