Red D are recruiting a Front of House Manager for a leading five-star resort in the west of Ireland. This senior role oversees all Front of House operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and the smooth running of reception, guest relations, concierge and night services.
About the Role
The Front of House Manager will lead and develop the front office team, delivering warm, professional service and maintaining the highest operational standards. You’ll work closely with housekeeping and other departments to ensure every detail of the guest journey is seamless. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets, analyse performance and drive revenue are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Front Desk, Guest Relations, Concierge and Night teams to deliver excellent service
- Lead, train and motivate the Front of House team
- Manage budgets, occupancy and revenue targets
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and security standards
- Maintain accurate records and reports for management
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum two years’ management experience in a 4-star luxury or 5-star hotel
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong financial acumen and systems knowledge (Opera or similar)
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English; additional languages an advantage
- Calm, professional approach to problem solving and guest care
