About the Role
As Senior Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section and play a key part in delivering exceptional food with consistency and flair. You’ll work closely with a highly skilled team, gaining hands-on experience and development under one of Ireland’s most respected Chefs. Accommodation is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run your section efficiently, maintaining consistent standards and quality
  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest level of skill and presentation
  • Support menu development and seasonal changes
  • Maintain excellent hygiene, organisation and food safety at all times
  • Mentor junior team members and support their development
  • Contribute positively to a professional, supportive kitchen culture

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality-driven or fine dining kitchen
  • Strong passion for Irish ingredients, seasonality and sustainability
  • Calm, reliable and committed to high standards
  • Ambitious, with a desire to learn and progress within a respected kitchen team
  • Professional, hardworking and a genuine team player
