Red D are recruiting a passionate Junior Sous Chef for a 4* hotel in Co. Westmeath
This busy 4* hotel has a great reputation with its Corporate clientele and within the local community, serving quality food, in a beautiful vibrant environment.
As Junior Sous Chef, it will be your responsibility to motivate, train, encourage, and develop an eager team of Chef de Parties to deliver exceptional food on a continuous basis.
You will deputise for the Sous Chef and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to take on more responsibility to develop your chef career
Ideally, you will have the following attributes:
- Experience in a busy kitchen in a hotel or large restaurant
- Strong people management skills
- Hungry to develop your chef career
