Red D are recruiting a Food & Beverage Operations Manager for one of Ireland’s leading 5* Luxury Hotels.
The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of the hotel’s food & beverage operations, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead from the front in a large, multi-outlet operation.
The Food & Beverage Operations Manager will be primarily responsible for Bars & Lounge shift operations and supervision of staff, and will strengthen the food and beverage team by assisting in other outlets when needed.
This role assists with promoting the F&B outlets, menu planning, maintaining standards, assisting servers on the floor during peak periods, and managing beverage stock.
The F&B Operations Manager will strive to ensure guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. They will be responsible for enforcing all legal obligations professionally and consistently.
They will also determine and implement training.
