Are you a dedicated hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? A leading 5-star hotel in Dublin is currently seeking a highly motivated Assistant Front Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Service Excellence: Ensure seamless check-in/check-out experiences, promptly addressing guest needs with a high level of professionalism.
  2. Team Leadership: Provide supervision and motivation to the front office team, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric work environment.
  3. Operational Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day front office operations, optimizing efficiency and implementing best practices.
  4. Problem Resolution: Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and operational challenges effectively.
  5. Training and Development: Contribute to the training and development of front office staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and exceeding guest expectations.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated guest experience throughout the hotel.

Additional Focus:

  • Shift Management: Responsible for leading and assisting in the successful completion of daily shift requirements.
  • Front Office Areas: Direct oversight of Guest Experience, Concierge/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk.


  • Supervisory or management experience in a front office or guest services role within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of leadership and successful team management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with acute attention to detail.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and reservation systems.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
