Red D are recruiting an experienced Night Manager to take charge of the overnight shift operations at a beautiful resort hotel in Co. Kildare..

Responsibilities :

• Managing the entire hotel operation during the overnight shift.
• Ensuring standards are met by closely collaborating with departmental management.
• Serving as the primary contact for the Front Desk and assuming the role of Duty Manager.
• Attending to diverse guest requests by accurately assessing their needs and adding personal touches to enhance satisfaction.
• Understanding meeting room setups and ensuring optimal guest satisfaction.
• Delegating tasks to the night team members.

Requirements:

• Hotel management experience.
• A ‘hands-on’ leadership style with a proven ability to motivate teams for smooth operations.
• Experience with Opera property management system is advantageous.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Full, unrestricted work permissions in Ireland.
