Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small team of pastry chefs to deliver exceptional pastry and dessert offerings across multiple outlets.
• Create and develop new pastry recipes and menus in line with the hotel’s high standards.
• Oversee the production and presentation of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen.
• Collaborate with other kitchen departments to coordinate menu offerings and ensure smooth service operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or upmarket restaurants.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Creative flair and passion for pastry and dessert creation.
