Red D have an incredible opportunity for a Director of People & Culture at a Five -Star Luxury Hotel in Dublin, where excellence meets innovation.

Role Overview:

As the Director of People & Culture, you will spearhead the development and implementation of strategies to ensure the highest level of service delivery, professionalism, and employee engagement. This role is instrumental in maintaining the hotel’s position as a leader in Dublin’s luxury hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process for the hotel management team, ensuring top-tier talent acquisition.
  • Provide expert guidance to the People & Culture team on all HR matters.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Team to optimize staffing levels and maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Foster partnerships with hotel colleges and explore new collaborations to enrich our workforce.
  • Work alongside the Financial Controller and General Manager to develop and manage the annual budget, prioritizing our commitment to excellence.
  • Ensure effective management of compensation and benefits, aligning with budgetary considerations and company policies.
  • Oversee all aspects of People & Culture administration, ensuring compliance with Irish Labor Law and maintaining a positive employee experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement in employee engagement through activities, events, and initiatives.
  • Partner with culinary experts to enhance the employee restaurant experience.
  • Coordinate training programs and ensure timely completion of mandatory training for all team members.
