The Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing position is an ideal opportunity for a commercially focused manager to join an effervescent team, getting an all-encompassed exposure to Revenue, Marketing, and PR.

The main purpose of this position is to formulate and direct the implementation of a sales plan for the hotel in conjunction with the Commercial Director.

Your focus will be to increase occupancy and generate revenue by developing and implementing sales strategies that target specific markets such as high-end leisure consortia, corporate and group, guiding the team in the execution of their respective segments.
