About Us:
Red D is a leading hospitality recruitment company, proud to be partnering with a stunning new venue in Dublin City Centre. This venue is set to host conferences for 800–1000 attendees and gala dinners for 500+ guests. As we gear up to launch this exciting space, we need a skilled Conference & Banqueting Manager to lead the charge.

The Role:
As the Conference & Banqueting Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing our clients’ visions to life. From ensuring the perfect setup to supervising your team, you will be the driving force behind memorable events. Your passion for delivering exceptional service and your ability to motivate your team will help us set new standards in Dublin’s event scene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Meetings & Events Sales team to ensure compliance with event specifications.
  • Supervise set-up team members and inspect function rooms to ensure they meet guest specifications.
  • Maximize guest satisfaction by communicating customer needs to the Meetings & Events team and kitchen.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to keep operations competitive and innovative.
  • Focus on people development, fostering a culture of growth, motivation, and excellence.
  • Create and implement SOPs for the business and train new team members accordingly.
  • Maintain health and safety standards throughout the venue.
  • Manage stock and equipment orders as needed.
  • Enhance the guest journey experience, ensuring every detail is perfect.

  • Strong experience in a similar role, showcasing excellent standards and team management.
  • Proficiency in Meetings & Events procedures and operations.
  • Commercial awareness and strategic thinking to inspire your team and exceed service standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
