Red D are recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team at a luxury resort in Northern Ireland. This role offers the opportunity to lead the Restaurant operation, ensuring an exceptional guest experience in each outlet.

The Role:

As Restaurant Manager, you will:

• Manage the Restaurant operation to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Lead and motivate team members through effective communication and development.
• Assist with HR procedures including recruitment, ER, and performance management.
• Manage annual budgets to optimize profitability.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance revenue opportunities.
• Implement quality standards and ensure continuous improvement.
• Foster a diverse and efficient workforce.
• Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with legislation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Restaurant Management role at Head of Department level.
• Budget forecasting and management experience.
• Team leadership and development skills.
