Red D are recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team at a luxury resort in Northern Ireland. This role offers the opportunity to lead the Restaurant operation, ensuring an exceptional guest experience in each outlet.
The Role:
As Restaurant Manager, you will:
- Manage the Restaurant operation to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Lead and motivate team members through effective communication and development.
- Assist with HR procedures including recruitment, ER, and performance management.
- Manage annual budgets to optimize profitability.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance revenue opportunities.
- Implement quality standards and ensure continuous improvement.
- Foster a diverse and efficient workforce.
- Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with legislation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Restaurant Management role at Head of Department level.
- Budget forecasting and management experience.
- Team leadership and development skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience in complex employee relations.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
