Finance Business Partner – HYBRID – Leading Hospitality Company


This role is a 5 day working week with 3 days in the City Centre and 2 days Hybrid


Red D are recruiting a Finance Business Partner with an immediate start for a wonderful Hospitality company in Dublin. This is a pivotal role in supporting the business across multiple sites in working closely with the operational and business development teams and being a part of the day-to-day running of the business.


Main Responsibilities:

Working with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly management accounts ensuring integrity, accuracy, consistency, and providing clear visibility of the financial health of the business. Finance Business Partner to assist Operational Managers to drive accountability/transparency / insight to control costs / maximize revenue.

  • Applying analytical skills beyond the traditional functions of finance, bringing them to bear on a broad range of commercial issues
  • Creating an active partnership between finance and operations to drive business decisions and strategy
  • Supporting the business development team to win new business and achieve growth targets
  • Providing insight and challenge on priority business issues through financial planning, business case development, financial modelling and performance management
  • Assisting with the month end reporting process and the production of monthly management accounts.
  • Leading a review and forecast of the financial performance of contracts
  • In-depth customer profitability analysis across all product ranges highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Ensure working capital is optimised whilst providing clear visibility to the business on non-current debt
  • Weekly Flash reporting to track business performance
  • Understanding and challenging current business practice, identifying and implementing initiatives to improve processes and deliver business growth objectives.
  • Partnering with the business leads to prepare full annual operating plans and periodic forecasts.
  • Close working relationship with Operations to ensure accurate and timely billing, efficient payroll reporting and driving improvements in the working capital.
  • Detailed financial analysis and presentation of financial information to support decision making.
  • Ad hoc analysis and presentation of complex financial information in response to senior management requests.
  • Develop and report KPI’s relevant to the business.
  • Support operations teams with cost management of third-party contract costs.

Salary €50,000 – €65,000 per annum
