Red D are seeking a dynamic and innovative Wedding Manager to join the team at a beautiful  5-star resort in Co. Kildare / Co. Dublin area. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage every element of the weddings business, from sales to delivering on the pre-determined wedding budget numbers.
• Liaise with all wedding customers from the enquiry stage through to post-wedding follow-up.
• Drive sales with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrate exceptional time management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Coordinate and execute wedding showcases.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure all collateral and public-facing messages are on brand.
• Maintain effective correspondence with the Sales Team.
• Provide senior management with feedback on the latest wedding trends to keep the wedding product ahead of the curve.
• Ensure solid plans are in place for weddings during periods of annual leave, including processing sales, deposits, and show-arounds.

What You Will Bring:

• Previous experience in wedding management within a busy 4 or 5-star hotel or venue.
• Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to communicate professionally and warmly.
• Ability to work well under pressure while delivering high-quality service.
• Capability to work independently and take initiative.
