The Role
Red D are recruiting dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to craft and execute visionary marketing strategies of a premier destination in the West of Ireland. This role is all about bringing a world-class hospitality experience to life through compelling campaigns, creative branding, and strategic partnerships. Success in this position means achieving exceptional audience engagement, revenue growth, and a strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement a forward-thinking marketing strategy, driving pre-opening success and long-term brand recognition.
- Campaign Execution: Create, manage, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, print, and influencer channels.
- Content & Branding: Oversee engaging content creation for websites, social media, brochures, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency and impact.
- Digital & Social Media Growth: Boost engagement, drive bookings, and enhance visibility through SEO, email marketing, and targeted online advertising.
- Public Relations & Influencer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with media, travel journalists, and key industry influencers to maximize brand exposure.
- Partnership Development: Build valuable collaborations with tourism boards, luxury brands, event planners, and experience providers.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyse market trends, guest behaviours, and campaign performance to refine strategies and elevate guest experiences.
- Event Marketing: Plan and execute high-impact promotional initiatives for exclusive events, VIP experiences, and estate-wide activations.
- Budget & Performance Optimization: Oversee the marketing budget, set clear KPIs, and track ROI to ensure marketing success.
- CRM & Guest Communication: Leverage CRM data for audience segmentation, guest journey strategies, and personalized communications.
What’s Needed
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role within the luxury hospitality industry.
- A relevant third-level degree and/or professional marketing qualification.
- Exceptional written, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, project management, and team collaboration abilities.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
- Expertise in PR, media relations, and influencer marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
- Passion for luxury travel, adventure, and destination branding.
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging marketing data for strategic decision-making.
