Red D is recruiting a General Manager for a leading four-star hotel in the North East. Popular for large conferences and events, we are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee operations, ensure high-quality service standards, and lead a professional team.
Responsibilities include
Operational Excellence:
- Lead the team to uphold and exceed brand standards.
- Manage daily operations, including accommodation, food & beverage, spa, and events.
Sales & Marketing:
- Develop strategies to enhance the hotel’s presence in local and international markets.
Financial Acumen:
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to achieve financial targets.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive revenue performance.
Team Development:
- Train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
Guest Experience:
- Maintain strong guest relationships and ensure feedback is addressed.
- Ensure consistently high service standards.
