What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and inspiring a team to deliver outstanding food experiences.
  • Bringing creativity, energy, and innovation to the menu, ensuring food presentation and flavour exceed expectations.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Training, mentoring, and developing chefs to grow their skills and passion.
  • Working closely with the executive chef to shape the overall food offering.
  • Ensuring a seamless and efficient kitchen operation with a focus on quality and consistency.

What We’re Looking For

  • A chef with a five-star background and a passion for using the finest ingredients.
  • Proven experience in a high-profile, fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a large brigade.
  • A detail-oriented approach, ensuring excellence in every dish.
  • Previous experience in managing kitchen operations, food production, and labour costs.
  • A recognised culinary or kitchen management qualification would be an advantage.
