What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting in the day-to-day running of a busy, high-end bar and restaurant
• Leading the front-of-house team with energy, professionalism, and care
• Supporting staff training, shift planning, and service excellence
• Maintaining high standards across service, presentation, and cleanliness
• Working with senior management to implement fresh ideas and smooth operations
