Red D are recruiting a Bar & Lounge Manager for one of Ireland’s most beautiful five-star resorts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to take the lead in a vibrant bar and lounge setting, known for its elegant service, relaxed atmosphere and breathtaking surroundings.

As Bar & Lounge Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation, working closely with the kitchen and wider F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll manage, train and inspire your team, take ownership of performance and service standards, and play a hands-on role in creating a welcoming and polished environment for every guest.

This is a leadership role for someone with a deep understanding of food and beverage, a passion for hospitality, and a strong eye for detail.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the bar and lounge operation and team daily
• Maintaining a visible presence on the floor, leading by example and ensuring excellent service at all times
• Working closely with the Head Chef to coordinate food and beverage service
• Driving guest satisfaction, team engagement and financial performance
• Managing rostering and payroll within set targets
• Implementing training and development plans to support team progression
• Managing beverage stock, costs, GP and portion control
• Ensuring high levels of cleanliness, compliance and operational efficiency
• Creating a collaborative, professional and supportive team culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a bar or lounge management role, ideally in a five-star or luxury environment
• A confident, people-focused leader who brings energy, professionalism and a calm presence
• Proven success in team development, guest satisfaction and financial performance
• Strong organisational skills and hands-on leadership
• Experience managing beverage stock, payroll and service delivery in a high-volume setting
• A genuine passion for hospitality and the guest experience
• Someone who takes pride in their work and inspires others to do the same
