Red D are recruiting a Spa Manager for a luxury retreat near Dublin.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Spa Manager who’s passionate about creating a warm, welcoming and exceptional guest experience. In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee the daily running of the spa, leading the team and ensuring every guest receives a personalised and high-quality service. You’ll focus on maintaining high standards, supporting your team and delivering a seamless luxury experience in line with the retreat’s boutique style.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily spa operations to ensure a smooth and professional service
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and guest care
• Develop, implement and monitor standard operating procedures
• Lead, train and motivate the spa team to deliver excellent service
• Manage scheduling, stock control and cost management
• Work closely with senior management and other departments to enhance the overall guest experience

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a Spa Manager or in a senior spa role in a luxury or boutique setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support the team
• A passion for wellness, guest care and service excellence
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and a calm, professional manner
