Red D are recruiting an Executive Accommodation Manager for a leading luxury hotel in Munster, Ireland.
If you’re a seasoned Accommodation Manager, Executive Accommodation Manager, Director of Accommodation, Executive Housekeeper or Head Housekeeper who understands five-star hospitality and has strong project management skills, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee the accommodation and housekeeping department, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, comfort and service throughout the hotel. You’ll work closely with the Hotel Manager and General Manager to maintain the hotel’s reputation for luxury hospitality, while managing departmental projects, refurbishments and service initiatives.
LQA and Forbes service experience would be a distinct advantage for this position.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the accommodation and housekeeping team to deliver a genuine five-star guest experience
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail
- Oversee daily operations while driving team performance and guest satisfaction
- Manage accommodation-related projects, refurbishments and system updates
- Collaborate with People & Culture to ensure rosters align with budgets
- Work proactively to grow room revenue and contribute to wider business goals
- Contribute to annual budget preparation and manage departmental costs
- Champion product integrity and service excellence across the hotel
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as an Executive Accommodation Manager, Accommodation Manager, Director of Accommodation, Executive Housekeeper or Head Housekeeper in a five-star or luxury hotel
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead refurbishments, upgrades and service improvements
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities
- LQA or Forbes standards experience (highly desirable)
