As Café / Wine Bar Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for day-to-day operations, from ensuring exceptional service standards to managing a motivated front-of-house team. You’ll work closely with the kitchen to deliver a menu that complements the carefully curated wine list, creating a memorable experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities include managing staff rosters, overseeing stock control and ordering, maintaining impeccable presentation throughout the venue, and ensuring all licensing, health, and safety requirements are met. You’ll also be hands-on on the floor, welcoming guests, guiding wine choices, and ensuring a warm, professional atmosphere.
