Red D are recruiting a Spa & Leisure Operations Manager for a luxury resort hotel. This is a very exciting time to join the Spa team, as the property is currently undergoing significant renovations and enhancements.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to take ownership of these developments, shape the guest experience, and lead a talented team through a new phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain the highest standards of service across all areas of the Spa and Leisure operation
• Maximise the Spa’s business potential through effective yield management, booking procedures, retail performance and upselling
• Develop and grow the Spa membership offering
• Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement systems to enhance satisfaction
• Lead the daily Spa operation, ensuring all standards and procedures are consistently followed
• Recruit, train and manage a professional, motivated team aligned with business goals
• Stay current on Spa and Leisure trends, pricing, schedules, specials and competitor offerings
• Support team members in all areas of the operation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene guidelines across all areas
• Work with Sales and Marketing to co-ordinate PR, sales and promotional activity
• Drive innovation and introduce new ideas to grow and enhance the business
This position would suit an experienced Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager ready to take the next step in their career, within a luxury environment that values initiative, creativity and guest experience.
