The Deputy Manager / Operations Manager will take responsibility for ensuring seamless daily operations across the hotel. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring strong floor presence and direct involvement in maintaining five star service standards while driving efficiency, accountability and team performance.

The Role

As Deputy Manager / Operations Manager, you will:

• Oversee daily hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping and dining
• Lead from the front with a visible, hands-on presence
• Ensure departments consistently deliver five star service standards
• Support and deputise for the General Manager when required
• Work closely with senior leadership to strengthen the guest experience
• Lead recruitment, training and development across departments
• Manage operational logistics, budgeting and resource planning

This is not a desk-based role. The Deputy Manager / Operations Manager will be actively involved in operations while maintaining full commercial oversight.
