The Role
The General Manager will hold full responsibility for a flagship hospitality operation where food and beverage is central to the experience.
Multiple dining spaces, executive hospitality and high-level events sit under your leadership. You will be present, visible and detail-focused. Standards are not discussed here, they are demonstrated daily.
Five-Star Food & Beverage Leadership
• Lead a food and beverage focused hospitality operation to luxury-level standards
• Protect quality, presentation and service precision at every touchpoint
• Oversee executive dining and high-profile weekday events
• Ensure seamless coordination between culinary and front of house teams
• Implement clear KPIs across service, culinary and operational performance
Commercial & Financial Ownership
• Full P&L accountability
• Manage budgets, forecasting and cost control with discipline
• Analyse weekly and monthly financials and act decisively
• Protect margin without compromising product integrity or service standards
Executive Engagement
• Act as senior hospitality lead with executive stakeholders
• Build trusted, professional relationships at leadership level
• Manage sensitive or escalated matters with authority and composure
• Align the hospitality offering with broader organisational objectives
Leadership & Culture
• Lead and develop a senior management team
• Set clear expectations and hold teams accountable
• Identify future leaders and drive succession planning
• Create a culture built on professionalism, pride and consistency
The Person
This role will suit a General Manager from a luxury hotel background or a premium workplace food and hospitality environment where five-star food and beverage standards are central.
You will bring:
• Proven leadership experience in a food and beverage led operation
• A deep understanding of luxury service standards
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility
• Confidence operating in executive-facing environments
