Red D

Red D are recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager for one of Dublin’s most successful and long-established private members clubs. This is a rare opportunity to lead the food and beverage operation within a club that sits at the centre of a vibrant and loyal membership community.

The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the Club’s Bar and Bistro along with a busy programme of member events hosted throughout the year. This role combines day-to-day restaurant and bar leadership with the delivery of memorable member events in a setting known for its tradition, quality and strong sense of community.

For the successful candidate, this role offers something increasingly difficult to find in hospitality: excellent working hours, a supportive environment and the opportunity to lead a proud and well-established operation where members genuinely value great service.

This is a hands-on leadership position with strong visibility on the floor. The Food & Beverage Manager will lead the service team from the front, ensuring a warm, polished and professional experience for members and their guests.

Working closely with the Deputy General Manager and Head Chef, the Food & Beverage Manager will oversee daily service, member functions and team performance while maintaining a consistent and welcoming atmosphere throughout the Club.

This role suits a confident hospitality professional who enjoys being on the floor, building relationships with members and leading a team that takes pride in the service they deliver.
