Food & Beverage Manager | Switzerland | Up to €100,000 + Tips + Relocation Support

Red D are recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager for a very busy, well-established Irish hospitality venue in Switzerland.

This is a serious leadership role within a large-scale operation known for its atmosphere, volume and strong customer following. The business is fast paced, highly operational and built around great service, good energy and consistency.

We’re looking for a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager who is comfortable leading from the floor, managing large teams and running a busy operation properly day to day. Personality matters in this role. You’ll need presence, confidence and the ability to keep standards high while creating a strong team culture.

The right person will already be operating at senior management level within a busy pub, restaurant or high-volume hospitality business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing the full food and beverage operation
• Leading, managing and developing a large front-of-house team
• Driving service standards and customer experience
• Managing staffing, labour control and daily operations
• Working closely with the kitchen and senior management team
• Maintaining high standards across service, presentation and cleanliness
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff development
• Monitoring performance, costs and profitability
• Being highly visible on the floor and leading by example

• Experience managing large teams in fast-paced environments
• Commercial awareness and understanding of labour and cost control
• Strong food and beverage background
• Confident, organised and highly present operationally
• Outgoing personality with a hands-on approach
