About the Role:
Red D Recruitment are recruiting a results-driven General Manager to oversee the operational and commercial management of a leading lifestyle food & beverage brand. The General Manager will work closely with the Regional Manager to meet financial targets, manage Food Halls, Restaurants and Non-Food operations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all operational and business activities across the venue.
- Oversee all areas, ensuring compliance with Food Safety and operational standards.
- Drive revenue growth, manage P&L, and achieve financial goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier customer service.
- Implement continuous improvement processes to optimize operations, inventory, and cost control.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven hospitality management experience in managing operations with a strong focus on meeting financial targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and driving business results.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and lead multiple departments.
