Red D are recruiting an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for a busy and highly successful Irish hospitality venue in Switzerland.

The venue has a strong reputation, a loyal customer base and a busy food and beverage operation. We are looking for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys being involved in the day-to-day running of the business and knows how to get the best from their team.

This is a hands-on management position with responsibility for one venue, covering all aspects of food and beverage service, team leadership, operational standards and financial performance.

The successful candidate will be confident managing a busy service, commercially aware and comfortable taking ownership of the operation.

The Role

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day food and beverage operation of one busy hospitality venue
• Lead, motivate and develop the front-of-house team
• Maintain excellent standards of food, beverage and customer service
• Oversee staffing, rotas, labour costs and operational efficiency
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistently high standards
• Manage stock, purchasing, inventory and cost control
• Monitor sales, revenue, costs and profitability
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and team development
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and compliance
• Create a positive working environment with strong communication and teamwork
• Be a visible, hands-on manager who leads from the floor

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager with a strong background in busy pubs, restaurants or high-volume hospitality venues.

You will bring:

• Proven food and beverage management experience
• Strong operational and people management skills
• Experience leading teams in a busy, high-volume environment
• Excellent food, beverage and service knowledge
• Good commercial awareness, including labour management, stock control and profitability
• The confidence to manage busy services and make sound operational decisions
• A hands-on approach and a positive, approachable leadership style
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A willingness to relocate to Switzerland

Experience working in a busy Irish bar, gastro pub or food-led hospitality business would be particularly relevant.
