Red D are recruiting experienced Bar Staff for a busy, high-energy Irish bar and entertainment venue in Switzerland.

Our client operates a popular, high-volume venue with a strong Irish hospitality influence, a great atmosphere and a particularly busy late-night trade at weekends.

We are looking for confident, outgoing Bar Staff who enjoy the buzz of a busy bar, love working with people and know how to deliver friendly, efficient service, even when the place is packed.

For someone who enjoys the social side of hospitality and would like to experience living and working in Switzerland, this is a fantastic opportunity.

The Role

• Deliver excellent customer service in a busy, late-night bar and entertainment venue.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, including draught beers, spirits and cocktails.
• Work efficiently during high-volume service, particularly on busy weekend nights.
• Create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for guests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and bar organisation.
• Handle payments and operate the till accurately.
• Work closely with the bar and management teams to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all licensing, health and safety and responsible service requirements.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for experienced Bar Staff who are confident behind the bar, have great personalities and enjoy working in a busy, sociable environment.

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous experience in a busy Irish pub, late bar, nightclub or entertainment venue.
• Experience pouring draught beers, preparing mixed drinks and serving cocktails.
• A friendly, outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills.
• The ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to get involved.
• Flexibility to work late nights and weekends.
• Good spoken English.

Experience working in a high-volume Irish bar would be a particular advantage.
