Red D are recruiting an experienced, fully qualified Electrician for a successful property maintenance company operating across Leinster.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrician who enjoys variety in their working day, takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and is comfortable working independently.

The role offers a salary of €60,000 plus a company vehicle, with the majority of work based throughout Co. Wexford. Some travel to Dublin and Kildare may be required depending on operational needs.

Working across a range of properties, the successful Electrician will be responsible for electrical maintenance, repairs, fault finding and installations, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a range of properties
• Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs efficiently
• Undertake electrical installations, upgrades and replacement works
• Inspect, test and maintain electrical systems in accordance with current regulations
• Identify potential electrical issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Respond professionally to maintenance requests and ensure work is completed to a high standard
• Work independently, managing daily tasks and priorities effectively
• Liaise with clients, property managers and other maintenance team members as required
• Maintain accurate records of work completed
• Ensure full compliance with electrical safety regulations and health and safety procedures

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a fully qualified Electrician with strong practical experience, excellent fault-finding skills and a professional approach to their work.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A recognised electrical trade qualification
• Previous experience in electrical maintenance, repairs and installations
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Good knowledge of current Irish electrical regulations and safety standards
• The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in their workmanship
• Good communication and customer service skills
• A practical, reliable and organised approach
• A full, clean driving licence
• Flexibility to travel occasionally to Dublin and Kildare

Experience working in property maintenance, facilities maintenance or a similar service-based environment would be particularly advantageous.
