Your Role:

As the Executive Sous Chef, you’ll collaborate closely with the Executive Head Chef to bring creativity and culinary excellence to every dish, particularly in events and banqueting.   • Kitchen Operations:
    • Oversee seamless kitchen operations, ensuring precision in ordering, preparation, and presentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar Executive Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef / Banqueting Chef position is essential.

  • Proven people management and leadership capabilities to build and inspire a cohesive kitchen team.
  • Strong kitchen management and financial skills, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining top-tier quality.
