Red D are recruiting a Front Office Manager for a beautiful resort hotel in Co. Kildare.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the front office team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth operations.
- Foster a supportive environment by training and developing both new and existing staff members.
- Drive excellence by implementing and training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and high standards.
- Create memorable guest experiences by overseeing arrival and departure procedures.
- Maximise revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Take charge of scheduling, budgeting, and payroll processing for the department.
- Engage in collaborative meetings to stay informed and contribute to the overall success of the property.
- Coordinate with the Accommodation department to ensure timely room availability.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Hotel Front Office Manager is essential.
- Proficiency in Hotel Front Office Systems, (Opera is an advantage)
- Bring a courteous and service-focused attitude to the role.
- Thrive in a team-oriented environment while effectively managing multiple tasks.
- Demonstrate a passion for maintaining high standards and advancing in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
