Red D are recruiting a Sous Chef for a fabulous 5* Luxury hotel resort in Dublin.
This is a great role for an ambitious Sous Chef who is hungry to learn and wants to take their career to the next level.
You will be working with a wonderful Executive Head Chef & Executive Sous Chef and will be at the forefront of what is happening in contemporary food.
This is all about great food, a vibrant atmosphere, and a desire to be the best in the Luxury hotel space.
As Sous Chef you will be passionate about food, provenance, and seasonality. You will assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of food/presentation for menu items and specials, in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications from the Executive Head Chef & Executive Sous Chef.
Experience in team management and delegation, excellent organization, and time management skills.
Knowledge of ordering, stock taking, menu creation and design, HACCP procedures, and a huge passion for excellent local, seasonal produce.
