This is a great role for an ambitious Chef de Partie who is hungry to learn and wants to take their career to the next level.

You will be working with a wonderful Executive Head Chef and will be at the forefront of what is happening in contemporary food.

This is all about great food, a vibrant atmosphere, and a desire to be the best in the Luxury hotel space.

As Chef de Partie, you will be passionate about food, provenance, and seasonality. You will assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of food/presentation for menu items and specials, in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications from the Executive Head Chef.
