Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Maintenance Team to uphold the highest standards.
• Ensure the resort maintains its pristine condition daily.
• Delegate tasks efficiently, ensuring maintenance schedules are met.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify repair or renovation needs.
• Foster strong relationships with external contractors.
• Uphold Health & Safety and Fire Standards for the safety of all.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and troubleshoot effectively.
• Optimize utilities consumption to reduce costs.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven track record in a similar high-energy hotel environment.
• Expertise in maintenance and troubleshooting.
