Red D are recruiting a Beverage Manager for a beautiful resort in Co. Laois.

The successful candidate will lead the Bars / Beverage team and will bring energy and enthusiasm to the role along with excellent communication and team development skills.

You will support and work closely with food service managers and the senior team.

You will be a hands-on manager who understands the importance of working smart but can also inspire people to reach the same objectives as you. You will love working with a fresh new product and will always be looking to enhance the customer’s experience.

You will ideally have at least 3 years experience in a Bar / Food & Beverage Management role and will be knowledgeable of costs, wage management, and stock control.
