Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Michelin-star restaurant is a must.
• HACCP training and knowledge are essential for maintaining the high standards of food safety.

Key Duties:

• Run and supervise kitchen stations to the standards set by the Executive Chef.
• Prepare and produce all dishes to consistently high standards.
• Ensure all designated section preparations are complete and ready for each service.
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to menu specifications.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and HACCP guidelines for food safety and hygiene.
• Supervise and train Demi Chef de Partie or Commis chefs to maintain excellence.
