The Role

As the Head of Food & Beverage, you hold the reins of the dining empire, shaping its vibrant success and financial prowess. Your mission? To orchestrate unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences across the portfolio, ensuring every sip and bite leaves an indelible mark on guests’ memories.

Responsibilities:

Commercial Mastery: Craft and execute a strategic F&B business plan, charting a course for financial success and unparalleled guest satisfaction. Forge strategic partnerships to cultivate enduring relationships with stakeholders. Mastermind F&B forecasting to propel the commercial aspirations forward. Refine performance metrics through meticulous analysis and collaboration with the F&B leadership.

Excellence Redefined: Collaborate with the culinary maestros to conceive innovative F&B concepts that tantalize taste buds and boost revenue streams. Elevate the offerings with visually stunning creations that cater to evolving preferences and trends. Lead the charge for sustainability, championing local sourcing and minimizing food waste. Ensure impeccable service standards and cater to diverse dietary needs with finesse.

Who Are We Looking for?
