Red D is recruiting a Director of Spa & Leisure to join a prestigious five-star luxury resort in Munster. This pivotal role entails comprehensive oversight of the Spa and Leisure operations in collaboration with management teams dedicated to these areas.

Essential qualifications and experience include:

• Demonstrated expertise in Leisure and Spa management.
• Proven track record in budgetary control and cost management.
• Minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• History of effective team management and development.
• Possession of a strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivating a customer-centric atmosphere conducive to guest satisfaction and relaxation within both the Spa and Leisure Club.
• Collaborating in the proficient management of the Leisure & Spa team while upholding 5-star service standards.
• Ensuring diligent adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conducting regular inspections to verify compliance.
• Facilitating transparent communication within the resort’s broader team.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and conducting routine inspections to uphold safety standards.
• Overseeing Spa staff performance, conducting appraisals, and implementing improvement plans as needed.
• Conducting inventories of Spa and Leisure equipment to manage operational costs efficiently.
• Actively seeking new clients and memberships for the Leisure Club.
• Developing and promoting activities to meet customer demands and boost revenue.
• Spearheading marketing efforts for Leisure & Spa facilities, internally and externally.
• Collaborating with Hotel Management and Marketing teams to meet budgetary and sales targets.
• Direct involvement in daily operations in a hands-on capacity.
