Red D are recruiting a Director of Food & Beverage for one of Ireland’s leading five-star hotels, renowned for it’s outstanding food & beverage in all client categories, including corporate, events and leisure.

Working closely with the excellent Executive Head Chef and the senior team, the Director of Food & Beverage will be responsible for developing and delivering extraordinary service and guest satisfaction across several food & beverage outlets. You will be a strategic manager with excellent knowledge of F&B finance and will be responsible for P&L of the Food & Beverage Department.

Being tuned in to market trends and having extensive knowledge of food and wine is paramount.. You will encourage great communication and a collaborative ethos within the Food & Beverage department.

This position will suit a strong Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Operations, Deputy Manager or General Manager with exceptional experience in luxury hotels.
